What could be better than spending snug summer evenings with company around a romantic fire or just affably watching the play of the flames?
Our bioethanol fi replaces for indoors and outdoors are a stylish improvement for your living space. Not only do they provide a romantic atmosphere; in their formal quality they also create a stylistic enhancement fitting to the current garden and living room furniture trends.
The various material mixes and formal qualities - starting with the introductory price model up to the highest quality, really nearly avant-gard model made from hi-tech concrete - cover all demands placed on highgrade
implements down to the last detail.
TÜV*-TESTED STAINLESS-STEEL COMBUSTION BOX
The centrepiece of all Buschbeck bio-alcohol fi replaces is the TÜV-tested safety combustion box. The stainless-steel combustion chamber meets all of the requirements of the new standard DIN 4734. The combustion box comprises a stainless-steel storage tank pressed from one piece and featuring a screw-down lid. A seal provided serves to protect against leaking. The burner port comprises a pressed ceramic fibre section with a flame-protection grille. The filling made from stainless-steel wool serves to prevent deflagration inside the combustion box.
The combustion box, of course, features a second safety collection pan impermeably welded onto the outside just in case a fuel leak occurs or fuel gets spilt during filling.
TÜV-TESTED ACCORDING TO THE NEW STANDARD DIN 4734
The safety of our products has top priority with us. And that is precisely why we have wasted no time in having TÜV Rhineland test our bio-alcohol fireplaces in accordance with the new standard DIN 4734 - and with very
presentable results as well! Our products successfully passed all of the tests conducted in relation to
the temperature and exhaust emissions of the combustion burner as well as the stability of the fireplaces themselves.
In addition, we make a point of explaining to our customers precisely where the potential for making operating errors lies and which measures should be taken to ensure correct operation - and, of course, enjoyment to the full
of the fascinating interplay of flames that our fireplaces conjure up.
As required under standard DIN 4734, particular attention is paid to fireplaces designed and built by Buschbeck to ensure that they are stable and will not topple over.
The centre of gravity is very low in all of the fi replaces, and consequently, knocks will not cause them to topple over or result in bio-ethanol spilling out of the combustion chamber.
In the case of the taller fireplaces, e.g. the HI CUBE, weighting plates screwed tightly to the interior of the housing serve to ensure stability.
QUALITY PRODUCTS - MADE IN GERMANY
All Buschbeck fi replaces are produced completely in Germany. Production takes place either in our own factory or on the premises of partner companies. There is a strict, ongoing process of quality control in place.
The fireplaces are manufactured using only top-quality and physiologically safe materials - for only products manufactured to the highest standard will receive the rating “good” from our designers and engineers and ultimately find their way to the consumer.
SAFETY AND QUALITY - IRREPLACEABLE FEATURES
So as to ensure that high standards of safety, design and quality are not only maintained but that they are also improved on a day-by-day basis, we have new product concepts on the drawing board all the time.
Design means innovation - and not only from the point of view of formal appearance. It goes without saying that the focus of our designers’ work is on achieving creations that can be claimed to be contemporary, however, innovative product concepts also feature prominently in our range, and the models LOUNGE and THE BENCH are impressive examples of precisely this strength.
The interplay of fireplace, table and bench displays to excellent effect just how innovative our products really are.
